Insurance Company Gets Help with Mentoring Program
Situation
The company wanted to set up a mentoring program and was looking for assistance.
Solution
ProGroup initiated the first steps of a mentoring program and held a Diversity and Inclusion Conference using ProGroup Players© and the affinity group process. The conference included a co-facilitated overview of the customized program, Implicit Bias, for members of their Leadership Council and was followed up with a Train-the-Trainer Certification workshop.

In addition, ProGroup provided an online self-assessment, the Change Agent Profile®.
