The program has included intervention solutions and recruiting and retention strategies. We also conducted a Train-the-Trainer Certification Program and certified internal trainers to deliver the baseline education program. ProGroup generated Diversity Dilemmas©, an educational tool for managers to use as follow-up training to reinforce the learning with their employees. ProGroup worked with sales and marketing employees to assist them in communicating their diversity message and helped to create an educational video program on making stores and sales staff more accessible to provide better service to customers with disabilities.
