• Orientation/Kickoff Sessions—The key to a successful mentoring program is orienting mentors and mentees to their roles and then breaking down the barriers to meaningful conversations. This is especially important when mentoring across differences. Participants spend time preparing for their role under the guidance of skilled consultants. Through candid discussions, they address their fears, hopes, and personal goals for participating in a mentoring program. They then conduct their first meeting to establish the "rules of the road."
• Mentoring Across Differences™—Specifically designed for diversity mentoring programs, this program prepares mentors and mentees of diverse backgrounds to "get real" in ways that will make the relationship beneficial to all parties. Participants leave with dialogue skills and guides to enhance their time together.
• Co-Mentoring—This program is designed for a high-level audience and addresses pipeline and succession planning objectives. It focuses on "getting real" conversations through the skills of dialogue. Participants commit to monthly, two-way communication using custom dialogue guides related to the topics of race, gender, generations, culture, and more. Includes kick-off session and dialogue guides.
