Participants completing this full-day diversity training program will be able to:

Tools of Engagement is a highly interactive diversity training course. It includes a simulation, case study analysis, introspection, and role-play practice using a practical skills set. Managers experience a diversity training program where awareness of bias is presented as a skill and practical tools are practiced in a safe environment.

The Tools of Engagement diversity training program is based on research ProGroup has conducted through hundreds of focus groups and cultural audits, as well as the latest information gleaned from Gallup studies.
