Situation
ProGroup, Inc. was contacted to assist with comprehensive organizational assessment of a wide-ranging aerospace corporation's newly merged companies. We were asked to develop a diversity awareness training program for all of their employees.
Process
ProGroup, Inc. conducted a cultural audit that reached 75,000 employees using surveys, interviews with senior managers, and focus groups. A thorough report was provided to the client including recommendations for actions.
Solution
After the report was reviewed, ProGroup created a customized video-learning program for employees. We then conducted a Train-the-Trainer Certification Program for internal trainers. To date, more than 100,000 employees have successfully completed the program and all 225,000 employees will undergo training over the next few years.
