For the past 17 years, American Family has had an exclusive contract with ProGroup for all of its diversity training needs nationwide. ProGroup has designed and delivered customized training modules to 7,000 employees and managers, 4,000 agents, and 3,000 administrative support staff across the country. In addition, ProGroup developed a customized self-taught, video-based program for agents' administrative staff. ProGroup, together with American Family, designed a follow-up diversity workshop for all managers and supervisors which is currently being delivered nationwide. More recently, ProGroup designed a program for the company's agents and conducted a Train-the-Trainer Certification Program to certify internal trainers to deliver the updated program to all new agents.
