Aaron comes from a background in education, having taught both English and theater to grades seven to twelve in both inner-city and suburban schools. He has also worked with adults in learning English at the Lehmann Center in Minneapolis, as well as students who are struggling academically in a variety of after-school programs.
Outside of work, Aaron has been involved in the Minneapolis theater community for 15 years as an actor, director, playwright, and set designer. Most recently, he performed in the Minnesota Fringe Festival in the surprise hit, THAC0. He has also, at various times, released a CD with the band, Passage, lived in Brazil, and driven a car with a manual transmission throughout England, without dying in the process.
