Gary Keast has 20 years of experience in Information Technology, 16 years as an IT Manager. Working in healthcare support for a world-renowned company with an international client base, Gary has experienced firsthand the benefits of hiring for diversity and managing to create and maintain a culture of inclusion. Gary's responsibilities included leading the programming and support teams to provide infrastructure and application development.
Through his experiences, Gary has developed excellent presentation skills and is an effective facilitator with a style that encourages participants to consider new ideas and behaviors. His passion in the classroom is clearly evident as he engages participants in "real" conversations that lead to broadened perceptions and changed behaviors.
Gary has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Wartburg College. He is also involved in providing emotional and spiritual care to community members in crisis. Locally, Gary is active as a professional stage and film actor in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area.
