A recent addition to ProGroup's team of consultant/facilitators, Wayne Wormley has been active for three decades as a management consultant and trainer to businesses in various industry, government and non-profit organizations in the areas of organizational development and change management, human resources management, managing cultural diversity, strategic planning, and collective bargaining. His list of clients is long and diverse. Wayne was also a professor and administrator at Fisk, Clark-Atlanta and Drexel Universities.
Wayne received his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, magna cum laude, with a double major in Black Studies and Psychology. He earned three graduate degrees from Stanford University: an M.B.A., an M.A. in Education and a Ph.D. in Administration and Policy Analysis in Higher Education. A certified facilitator/trainer in Inscape Publishing Co. products and programs and the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance System, Wayne has completed the "OSD/Becoming a Better Intervener Professional Training Program" at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
Wayne has a passion for diverse people and cultures. Having spent his formative years in Louisiana, his journey of personal growth and development has allowed him to travel to most of the 50 states and several foreign countries, most recently commuting to South Africa on a regular basis. In his leisure time, he enjoys motorcycle riding, gardening, cooking, and listening to jazz and classical music.
