Frederick Coleman, a ProGroup affiliate, is the founder and President of Coleman Consulting providing human resources solutions to mid-sized companies. Fred has more than ten years of experience working with a variety of Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations. As a ProGroup affiliate, Fred works together with ProGroup to provide consulting services and diversity and inclusion strategic planning and education to organizations of all kinds.
A member of the Sonoma County Black Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Sonoma County, and the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, Fred is active in his community. He also serves as a board member of the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board and Commission for the City of Rohnert Park, California Parks and Recreation Commission and was selected to participate in the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2005–2006, comprised of a group of leaders in their respective fields of expertise, including politics, corporate boards, education, and law enforcement administration.
Fred is pursuing a doctorate in psychology with an emphasis on organizational behavior at Walden University. He currently holds a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis on organizational development from Sonoma State University and lives in northern California.
