With more than 25 years of experience as a management consultant, including 12 years working with ProGroup before coming on board as a full-time employee, Ron Adderley has trained more than 70,000 executives, managers, supervisors, and employees in a variety of corporate and public organizations. Ron has extensive experience in designing adult education programs that are fun and engaging and create a safe environment for participants to challenge themselves and each other while they learn new techniques and skills to enhance their performance. With a passion for training, Ron consistently receives high marks from participants at all levels of management for content, applicability, and workshop style and format. His approach to training is provocative, introspective, and tailored to the real situations and issues that clients are experiencing every day in the workplace.
With a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton College and several years of postgraduate study at the University of Minnesota School of Law, Ron is an excellent storyteller who brings concepts to life and brings out the best in people. Ron has taught thousands of workshops on topics including teambuilding, communications, problem solving, cultural competency in healthcare, organizational analysis, employee motivation, and presentation skills to name just a few.
