With a wide variety of experience in customer service, marketing services, creative design, and scores of volunteer projects, Amber Heckert is an effective project manager, working with clients and other team members to deliver solutions to Novations' customers. Her high-energy style and enthusiasm are contagious as she efficiently handles the day-to-day activities necessary to anticipate client needs and support other members of the project team.
With a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota, Amber has worked in a variety of positions ranging from an attractions hostess at Walt Disney World to waiting tables and working in the grocery store in the small town where she grew up. Making use of the skills gained by every new experience, Amber was actively involved in the 4-H program as a youth and now volunteers her time to support young people in 4-H and other youth activities. Her positive attitude will win you over every time as she looks for resolution to troublesome situations and consistently finds a win/win outcome for clients and co-workers alike.
In her free time, in addition to volunteer work, Amber enjoys traveling and photography, having studied in Japan and spent time in South Korea, Spain, and Mexico.
