Diane Porotko has more than 25 years of sales experience in a variety of industries. Since joining ProGroup in 2004, she has added new depth to ProGroup's—and now Novations'—sales approach, developed new sales staff, and penetrated new markets. Through her wide variety of experiences, Diane has proven herself skilled in account management, sales management, coaching, sales development, conducting successful trade shows, and strategies to launch new products.
Diane provides clients with customized, timely solutions. She maintains close relationships with clients and their project to ensure that the client's needs are met and that Novations provides the service and support necessary for a successful initiative.
Diane is responsible for building client sales and managing accounts; however, she has also acted as a coach and mentor to the newer members of the sales and marketing staff. Diane shares her expertise with Novations' senior management by assisting in the development of sales strategies, setting sales goals, and ensuring that members of the sales team have the tools and knowledge needed to provide outstanding service and support to Novations' clients.
Diane has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, she raises, trains, and shows her three standard poodles across the country and is a certified search and rescue instructor.
