An experienced consultant and facilitator, Denise Wolfe, Ph.D. is a valued member of ProGroup's team. As a principal in an organization effectiveness and diversity consulting firm, Denise has extensive experience working in various industries and with all levels of government. Her work focuses on organizational assessment, strategic planning, program design and evaluation, training, and executive coaching. Some of the topics she addresses include leveraging diversity, leadership development, developing high performing teams, effective communications, mentoring and coaching, employment discrimination, sexual harassment prevention, and navigating organizational change.
Denise also acts as a master facilitator in providing Train-the-Trainer Certification Programs to teach internal trainers to effectively facilitate diversity training in their organizations. She has provided consulting services to a variety of business leaders, management teams, councils, and affinity groups. Denise's primary areas of focus for her diversity work include recruitment and retention, mentoring, communications, education, multicultural and global marketing, and building an inclusive organizational culture.
