Amy Loges has over 18 years experience in organizational development, diversity training and adult continuing education. Amy has been actively involved in management consulting in changing organizations, whether it is in private industry or the public sector.
Between 2000-200l, Amy has trained in 17 countries throughout the world. She has co-developed a leadership program that was used by the State Department in the training of local nationals in the former Soviet countries; she was recognized by a Fortune 100 company for a Wellness Program that she developed after a large furlough they had gone through. Amy was recognized by Working Woman magazine as having one of the top five leadership programs for women in the United States.
As part of her desire to grow and maintain a healthy organization, Amy has extensive experience in open dialogue and conflict resolution. Amy has her Masters in Industrial Psychology and is a certified Mediator in the state of Ohio.
