Tara Redmond joined ProGroup as a key member of the team of expert facilitators with over fourteen years of consulting, leadership, and operations management experience. With the transition to Novations, Tara has been working in an expanded capacity as a Senior Instructional Designer, working with Novations' clients and team members to create the right customized training solution for each client's needs.
Based on Tara's extensive knowledge in the areas of diversity, conflict resolution, leadership, sexual harassment, and team building for corporate, government, and private organizations, she has designed, delivered, and managed strategic initiatives for several Fortune 500 corporations. Her insight and out-of-the-box thinking has helped Tara's business partners to pinpoint the root cause of issues and identify practical solutions that serve to enhance customer, employee and shareholder satisfaction.
Tara holds a BA degree in Mass Communications from Clark Atlanta University and an Executive MBA degree from Florida International University. She is also a certified mediator with the Florida Supreme Court and enjoys bringing issues to win-win resolutions.
