For more than 20 years, Suzetta has utilized her imagination and ability to listen and communicate to help organizations succeed through training, consulting, and managing people and events. She designs and facilitates diversity education, customer service, conflict resolution, team building, and career search training. Suzetta holds a degree in Business Administration, received instructor certification from Learning International, and is a Career Architect facilitator. She is currently writing a book about her passions - cultural diversity and special events.
