Mary Casey has more than 20 years of experience in training, facilitation, and curriculum development. A specialist in cross-cultural communications, Mary has developed and implemented programs for a variety of organizations including American Express, Land O' Lakes, 3M, General Mills, DuPont Europe, The Welsh Government Office, and many more. A resident of the United Kingdom for six years, Mary has experienced firsthand some of the issues of diversity and culture and has provided global and trans-national team training for organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline and Satellite Industries.
In addition, Mary has worked in the health care industry as diversity program manager for Gillette Children's Hospital in St. Paul, MN and has conducted numerous diversity awareness sessions for health care providers including the Mayo Clinic, Rockford Memorial Hospital, and St. Jude's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.
Mary's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Adult Education with a Certificate of Specialization in Training and Organization Development from the University of Minnesota. Among other professional certifications, Mary is licensed to administer/facilitate the MBTI, the DISC Personality Profile, Targeted Selection, Situational Leadership, and holds a Master's Certificate from the NLP Institute in Group Leadership Dynamics. Mary is an instructor at the University of St. Thomas Management Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota and serves as an Executive Board member for the Rebuild Resources Program in the Twin Cities.
In June 2003, Mary published her first book titled, From Diversity to Unity: Creating the Energy of Connection.
