Sondra's diverse professional experience in corporate marketing, international small business development, non-profit management, and business training has helped to make her a dynamic and talented trainer. As a Marketing Specialist with a Fortune 500 company and a Small Business Development Officer in Botswana, Africa, she delivered workshops on topics from professional selling to business growth strategies. Today, Sondra designs and facilitates workshops throughout the country on management development, facilitative leadership, and diversity.
Her academic achievements include a B.A. in Business and an MBA in Marketing from Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. Sondra serves as a facilitator for community groups involved in Welfare to Work initiatives and neighborhood revitalization.
