Richard Grote has 15 years of training experience on both the people and technical sides of business. He has been facilitating diversity sessions since 1993 and was instrumental in the design of many of ProGroup's core educational models and concepts.
Richard has a long history of non-profit work, from directing a transitional housing program for homeless families to serving as Assistant Director of a Washington D.C.-based environmental organization. He is also a long-time geek (his term) and his company, HyperSites has partnered with ProGroup in creating Desktop Diversity®, a suite of online tools, learning modules, and resources designed to provide truly useful and ongoing support for diversity initiatives.
