Jon Olsen joined ProGroup in 2004 as Electronic Solutions Coordinator. A 2008 graduate of Luther Seminary, Jon holds a Master of Arts in Systematic Theology and a BA in English and Theater from Augsburg College. Jon has worked in the information field as a creator, trainer, designer, and systems manager.
Jon employs his literary and creative talents to connect the expertise and knowledge of Novations' years of leadership in talent management and development to the digital technologies that are such an integral part of today's workplaces. His handiwork is visible on Novations' websites, the Honoring Differences calendar and Honoring Differences Monthly, our online manager's toolkit, Desktop Diversity, and in a growing suite of e-learning products and web-based services.
In his free time, Jon is a musician, writer, director, actor and multimedia artist. He has written four plays that have been performed on stage and his poetry has been published in Electric Wine and Tales of the Unanticipated magazines. He is active in the Minnesota Society for Interest in Science Fiction and Fantasy. Jon lives in Minneapolis with his wife two children.
