As a Client Services Associate, Diana Vaicius draws on more than 15 years of experience and education in project management and customer service to ensure that she consistently delivers the best of Novations' solutions in the most effective and professional manner possible.
Diana works closely with Novations' directors of client services and subject matter experts to create total solutions designed to meet clients' specific needs, desired outcomes, timeline, and budget. With a passion for research and a discerning eye for detail developed through education in art history, music, and design, Diana manages Novations' client deliverables with a creative edge and eye toward overall efficiency. Coordinating the various deliverables of every client project, Diana communicates between clients, consultants, and other members of the project team to ensure success.
Diana enjoys traveling, writing and performing music, and spending time with her multi-national family.
