Forrest Brandt plays many diverse roles at ProGroup. With more than ten years of experience performing in small theaters in the Twin Cities area and a theater company formed with a long-time friend and fellow theater enthusiast, Forrest was on the team that created ProGroup's innovative corporate theater troupe, ProGroup Players™. As director of creative resources, he plays many roles within Players, including co-writing scripts and customized vignettes, casting, directing, and performing with a group of professional actors and an expert facilitator to deliver dramatic, skill-based learning to large audiences for ProGroup's clients.
Forrest also acts as a facilitator, delivering ProGroup's customized training solutions to customer organizations across the United States. With his dramatic flair, sense of humor, and understanding of the factors involved in building and maintaining a respectful workplace environment, Forrest is able to relate to his audience and deliver a high-impact program.
Another facet of Forrest's unique role at ProGroup is his knowledge and skill with technology. Forrest is ProGroup's in-house support and expert in computer technology, including selecting and maintaining network servers, computers, wireless communications, and telephone systems. One last role in Forrest's repertoire is supplying back-up support for the accounting function at ProGroup, the position he held when he first joined ProGroup's team. What a versatile team member he has proven to be!
