Sarah Kesher has 15 years of professional experience in the theater, including running her own theater company, producing and directing live theater, writing plays, and serving as stage manager. In fact, she has served in almost every behind the scenes capacity in theatres including The Minnesota Jewish Theatre Company, the Guthrie Theater, the Illusion Theater Company, the Youth Performance Company, among others.
With a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Minnesota, Sarah created Novations' innovative corporate theater troupe, ProGroup Players™. In doing so, she co-writes scripts and customized vignettes, auditions and casts professional actors, directs, frequently manages traveling performances on site, and in close collaboration with the production facilitator, a senior consultant, and the account manager, delivers dramatic, skill-based learning to large audiences for Novations' clients.
For seven years, Sarah has also led a creative team of designers, writers, researchers, photographers, and printers in producing Novations' award-winning Honoring Differences® diversity calendar and other diversity-related products including the Religion in the Workplace Toolkit.
